The sea was up to his neck: hero’s 4-hour terror after he rescued toddler

UK rescue teams had to cut through rocks in a desperate bid to save a trapped man as water from the incoming tide reached his neck.

The man, in his 20s, reportedly became stuck after rescuing a toddler from the water in Sheringham, Norfolk, on Sunday.

He was freed four hours after he trapped his leg in rocks at about 5.30pm...
