In the middle of a park in Cambridge is a lamppost called the “Reality Checkpoint”, apparently given the name to mark the point where the university bubble ends and the real world begins.

Of late, the university has been trying to burst the bubble of centuries-old traditions itself, by rapidly adopting the social-justice politics of many of its students.
