The former Springbok coach believes the national team must be assembled from local players
Jake White remains steadfast in his belief players who earn a living overseas should not be allowed to play for the Springboks.
The Bulls director of rugby, who coached the national team between 2004 and 2007, a period that included its Rugby World Cup (RWC) triumph in Paris, believes SA Rugby does the local game a disservice by allowing the country’s top players to campaign abroad, while remaining eligible for the Springboks.
