Surely they should have shown consideration to fellow South Africans who have been victims of violence


Two things stood out during Saturday’s Currie Cup final between the Golden Lions and the Free State Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.

The first was the vigour with which the Afrikaans and English verses of the national anthem were sung as compared with the isiXhosa and SeSotho verses. This isn’t new.
