Bafana Bafana’s travel plans to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt hit a snag before they even left SA‚ forcing the team to delay their intended departure from Monday night to Tuesday. The squad arrived on Monday afternoon to find they’d been split onto two flights to Dubai, one at 7.10pm and another 10pm. Coach Stuart Baxter, wanting his squad to travel together, did not accept this, said SA Football Association CEO Russell Paul. The next available flight was at 10am on Tuesday. But the airline hit back later, saying the two flights were made by Safa’s booking agent...
