Local researchers are convinced that healthy eating and physical activity at work can go a long way towards addressing SA's growing burden of lifestyle diseases.

And wellness at work should also be considered as a way to lessen the incidence of noncommunicable diseases in the country. This follows a University of Stellenbosch study that tested the concept and produced astounding results.
