Traditional healers have voiced their discontent with the new Cannabis for Private Purposes Bill, saying it discriminates against them and harks back to apartheid.

This month, minister of justice and correctional services Ronald Lamola published the draft law regulating legal marijuana possession in SA, ahead of its submission to parliament.
