Much of SA might be reopening on Monday but the hospitality and tourist sectors remain almost entirely locked up, with devastating consequences.

Most local restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues endured a slow summer season even before lockdown began, leaving them particularly vulnerable and unable to draw on cash reserves.
