Cooperative governance and traditional affairs minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma is yet to receive formal communication over the dissolution of the City of Tshwane council.

Dlamini-Zuma’s spokesperson Mlungisi Mtshali told Times Select the minister was yet to be officially informed after Gauteng premier David Makhura announced the municipality had been placed under administration.

The province has 14 days to write to both Dlamini-Zuma and the national council of provinces for concurrence...
