Parents wanting to secure seats at some of SA’s top schools and universities are forking out millions to live in the vicinity of these well-established institutions.
Property experts have seen a major demand for homes in and around school-belt suburbs – such as Newlands, Rondebosch, Camps Bay, Fresnaye, Waterkloof, Hillcrest, Morningside and Bryanston – where some of the country’s top schools are located.
