Small school allowed to stay open despite a legal bid by a neighbour to close it for being ‘noisy’ and illegal


Farm worker Samkeliso Mlalazi had more reason than most to breathe a sigh of relief when her son, nieces and nephew went back to school last week.

That was because the small school they attend on a KwaZulu-Natal Midlands farm had been under threat of closure after legal action by a neighbour.
