A Limpopo government employee who tried to use the courts to force the provincial treasury to offer him a higher salary in a new position has failed.
Matome Mphasha initially approached the High Court in Polokwane two years ago, but in December the court ultimately told him his case had no chance of succeeding, especially with allegations he didn’t have the skills for the new position.
