An embattled child psychologist, who was struck off the medical practitioners’ roll for allowing unqualified people to administer psychometric tests to thousands of children, has won his appeal.
On Tuesday, the appeals committee of the Health Professionals Council of SA (HPCSA) ordered that Dr Anton Dreyer be reinstated to the Register of Health Professionals after a two-day hearing.
