Four boys rescued from illegal E Cape initiation schools
Traditional surgeon arrested after boys aged 15 and 17 were circumcised without parental consent
With the summer circumcision season a few days old, police in Libode, Eastern Cape, have rescued four boys who were circumcised illegally.
The police also closed down two initiation schools and arrested one ingcibi (traditional surgeon) for circumcising underage boys.
