Kekeletso Tsiloane's bricks made from recycled waste plastic are poised to be a game changer

A young woman from Sasolburg in the Free State is literally building a future with waste plastic – and her innovation has the potential to disrupt the entire construction industry.

Kekeletso Tsiloane, 26, is helping clean up the streets by using recyclable plastic to manufacture the PlastiBrick.

“It’s a lonely path that needs one to be strong mentally and physically. As women in such an industry we are supposed to be tenacious and persistent because it’s tough to get into the market,” Tsiloane said...
