As concerns over climate change grow globally, a Durban park has lit the spark to celebrate Diwali without fireworks.

Taking a leaf out of the Indian government’s book, the Mitchell Park Trust has launched Green Diwali, an event to celebrate the Hindu Festival of Lights with none other than lights.
