Black farmer wins case against state, but he needs an apology

The Rakgase family will demand R3m from the government after winning a long court battle over land ownership.

Mmofa Rakgase, 48, the son of farmer David Rakgase, told Times Select that was the amount the family had calculated as owing to them after the court ordered the government to cover their costs.
