Cape filmmaker draws on her experience of bipolar disorder to produce an educational TV series
Living with bipolar mood disorder since childhood, Robyn Rorke never used to be understood even at home, including by her parents.
“If I was hypomanic, which is a symptom of bipolar, I would be told that I was naughty, and if I was sobbing with depression they didn’t know what to do,” she said.
