Now ex-principal’s son has been suspended from troubled Cape school

His father, accused of nepotism, recently gave two weeks’ notice of his retirement

The son of a controversial Cape Town headmaster who suddenly retired has been suspended from a senior post at the same school.

Brad Keller, 28, the Grade 7 head at Sun Valley Primary in Fish Hoek, was escorted off the school premises by Western Cape education department officials, sources at the school told Times Select.

Keller’s suspension came soon after his father, Gavin, 60, gave two weeks’ notice of his retirement. Friday was Gavin Keller’s last day after 26 years...
