You may be fit, a healthy weight and a non-smoker with a low genetic risk of heart disease, but if you are sleep deprived – or sleeping excessively – you increase your chance of having a heart attack, a new study (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0735109719359492?via%3Dihub) of nearly half a million people shows.
