Hlaudi ‘escorted’ SABC chief to Guptas, Zondo commission hears

According to a former SABC employee, Motsoeneng played a role in dictating editorial policy

Lulama Mokhobo had not been in her position as SABC chief executive for more than a week when she was ushered out of her office to meet the Gupta family.

It was allegedly Hlaudi Motsoeneng – who was Mokhobo’s junior in 2012 when she was appointed to the public broadcaster’s top post – who hurried her away from her desk and to the Gupta family’s Saxonwold residence.
