Leave politics out of weekend traffic bloodbath: KZN transport

There was carnage on the roads during the Women’s Day long weekend in the province

KwaZulu-Natal needs to reevaluate traffic safety on its roads. 

That’s the call from different organisations after the long weekend was marred by carnage as 30 people were killed in eight separate accidents in the province. 

MEC for transport, community safety and liaison Mxolisi Kaunda said his department would be investigating the Folweni and Pomeroy crashes.  ..
