Watchdog swats aside a Spanish plant breeder’s claim that its mandarins are ‘bee-friendly’
The latest salvo in a citrus war between rival plant breeders has ended with one of them being told to buzz off by the advertising watchdog.
Eurosemillas SA, which has plant breeder’s rights for Tango seedless mandarins, has been ordered to stop claiming the varietal is “bee friendly”.
