It’s the R2m question at the heart of a legal showdown involving a Saldanha businessman who narrowly escaped death when his car hit a cow at night, and agricultural service provider Vesco, which denies any blame.
The cow, now dead, was hit by businessman Robin Adams in March while he was driving on a quiet stretch of road outside the West Coast town. Adams suffered whiplash and other medical complications, and claims he was unable to work properly for months. ..
