More than 1,000 children are helped each week by Waves for Change, which operates out of Cape Town and Liberia
It’s early on a chilly winter morning and Katekani Rihlamphu stands in a container on Hout Bay beach watching children streaming towards him.
Rihlamphu is the site manager for Waves for Change (W4C), a surf therapy NGO founded in Muizenberg by Tom Conibear in 2011.
