So, your flight is delayed. You’re livid. What rights do you have?

Here's what airlines can and can't get away with, and what to do if they mess you around

Statistically, flying is the safest way to travel, with just 0.07 deaths per one billion passenger miles, and a motorbike is the most dangerous way of getting from A to B, with 212 deaths per billion passenger miles travelled.

But on a motorbike, at least, you never have to deal with the frustration and cost of travel delays, unless of course the two-wheeler breaks down on you.
