First he axed his family to death, now he appears to be flogging a dead horse. Henri van Breda has taken his case to highest court in the land in the hope that both his conviction and sentence will be changed.

The family killer is raising the same defences that have been heard in courts three times already. Last week, the Supreme Court of Appeal dismissed his application for leave to appeal both his conviction and sentencing. 

Now he has turned to the Constitutional Court. Below is a summary of his five main arguments...
