Evil forces are out to get me, says business tycoon

KZN mall owner Vivian Reddy claims he’s the victim of defamation and slander in a new plot to bring him down

A legal tussle is brewing between wealthy KwaDukuza Mall owner Vivian Reddy and the local municipality, with allegations that he owes more than R11m in rates and services.

Tenants at the mall were served with legal notices on Friday advising them of the alleged debt, and directing them to pay their rents directly into the KwaDukuza Municipality account, effective immediately.

But later that day, Reddy, in his own letter to tenants, said the notices were being withdrawn, and strongly denied that he owed any money...
