Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We’ve all heard it a thousand times, along with the judgement that comes from admitting you don’t care much for it.

But for those that love breakfast so much, why not save it for lunch. Why rush it when you can savour it a few hours later? Perhaps even more importantly, why should you be forced to eat early in the morning if you just don’t feel like it?  

Of course, if you have received medical advice or have been urged by a registered professional to eat breakfast for health reasons, you’d be silly to ignore it. If it is a matter of life or death, or a means to control a chronic condition, you don’t have much choice. ..
