The award-winning singer-songwriter turned screenwriter – and daughter of former TV talk show host Felicia Mabuza-Suttle – leads a predominately female cast in the animated series inspired by her upbringing, which she created and wrote.

It tells the bittersweet, funny and hopeful story of an awkward teen struggling to understand the complexity of interracial friendships...
