Worldwide, people are experiencing unprecedented restrictions to their movement in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. As South Africans, we are in the last days of a five-week lockdown and many people are struggling to cope with the new normal.

If you are feeling stressed or anxious about being cooped up at home, only allowed to go shopping for essentials, you are not alone. Not being able to engage in your usual routine can be dire for your mental health. The good news is that there are ways in which you can manage this.
