How to stop loading up on lekkerness in lockdown

Reaching for my seventh cup of instant coffee today, it occurred to me that perhaps, just perhaps, I have not been handling the lockdown in quite the controlled fashion I’d thought.
There have been 11am snack breaks, which, on occasion, have also been taken at 10am and noon, and sometimes at 4pm as well, because one teatime treat is never quite enough, is it?
Looking at my current caffeine and sweet treat consumption compared with a few weeks ago, when I was rationed to two cups pre-lunch and no cakes ever, I am clearly on the C19 diet...
