Moët & Chandon winemaker Amine Ghanem is in SA to show locals how to celebrate in style

Friday is international  Champagne Day and people around the world will be popping  corks in celebration. To mark the 150th anniversary of Moët Impérial, oenologist Amine Ghanem came to SA to see how locals celebrate.

Ghanem works in Epernay as part of chef de cave Benoit Gouez’s team. He joined the brand in 2016 after studying wine making at the Reims Champagne-Ardenne University in France. He hails from Lebanon.
