When she was growing up as a little girl, Cape Town yoga teacher Lindsay Morgan was always anxious but didn’t know how to deal with her negative emotions.

“I used to worry just about everything – about my performance at school and how others perceived me. The most frustrating part was not knowing how to manage these negative feelings. Nobody ever taught me how to,” said the founder of the kids’ yoga studio, BodhiKids.
