EDITORIAL | Kudos to those who, at risk, have taken on state capture
And no matter the cost or its efficacy, let’s applaud SA’s upper echelons for allowing a public inquiry

These words came out of the mouth of Brian Molefe, former CEO of Transnet, when his bodyguard confronted him about rolls and rolls of cash in a backpack, allegedly the same bag he carried on several occasions to the Gupta residence in Saxonwold in Johannesburg. The bodyguard, who has not been identified for his own safety, testified before the state capture inquiry on Thursday.
Another bodyguard testified how he ferried former Transnet CEO Siyabonga Gama to meet Gupta associate Salim Essa and collect plastic bags containing cash. ..
