I don’t believe there is a single noun that cannot be turned into a verb. Take any commonplace, everyday object and you will find it has been verbified. 

Meetings are chaired, motions tabled, lovers bedded and footballers carded. Anyone surprised by this might be floored, but it’s just how language works.

Every noun, no matter how recent, is vulnerable to verbification. Today I e-mailed, zoomed, texted and whatsapped in between dusting, brooming and vacuuming...
