Spare a thought for poultry producer Astral Foods (https://www.sharenet.co.za/v3/quickshare.php?scode=ARL) and many other companies on the receiving end of the failing infrastructure at some municipalities.  

Lekwa local municipality in Standerton, Mpumalanga, has once again ruffled Astral’s feathers by failing to provide adequate water at the company’s poultry processing plant.

This is despite the municipality’s close proximity to the Vaal River. In fact, “Lekwa” is the Sesotho name for the Vaal River...
